We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide warranties for any purchases. The only exception to this policy is if you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged. In such cases, you may contact us to initiate a claim for resolution.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than the delivery of incorrect or damaged items. Should you receive an item that is not as described or is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, along with detailed evidence (e.g., photographs) of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement item or other resolution as appropriate under the circumstances.

Exclusions and Limitations

  1. No Returns: Items purchased cannot be returned once delivered, except where a legal obligation exists due to receipt of a defective or incorrect product.
  2. No Refunds: Refunds are not provided for any reason other than verifiable claims of incorrect or damaged items, as outlined above.
  3. No Warranty: All purchases are final, and no additional warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond the assurance that the item will conform to the purchase agreement.

Responsibility for Accurate Order Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order information provided at the time of purchase is accurate. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Resolution Process for Claims

To initiate a claim for an incorrect or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Submit evidence of the issue, including detailed photographs showing the damage or error.
  4. Await confirmation and instructions from our support team.

Claims that are incomplete or submitted after the 14-day period may not be eligible for resolution.

Finality of Transactions
